MARK VIII – Belgian Tripel IPA

This is an attempt at a Belgian Tripel IPA. There are only a few commercial examples including Houblon Chouffe Dobbelen IPA Tripel, Urthel Hop-It. We brewed Wednesday Feb 17, 2010.
